Made with a single variety (cultivar) of olives, from which the oil takes its name. Highest expression of the terroir, these oils are made using only Euganean Hills olives. Single variety oils links their chemical and sensorial characteristics to seasonal climate trends.


The Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) is a brand that is attributed to a food product, whose characteristics depend exclusively from the territory in which it is produced. The main feature of the product is the traditional pressing of healthy fruit hand-picked directly from the tree, exclusively in the area indicated by the production.

Made from a mix of the main Euganean Hills olives varieties (cultivar), harvested at the right point of maturation and pressed immediately after. Perfectly mixed in order to obtain an extra virgin oil with a balanced aroma for the hard to please palates.

dell’olio extravergine di oliva lo rende un condimento ideale per arricchire ogni tipo di pietanza. Tutti i condimenti a base di olio extravergine di oliva sono prodotti al naturale macinando le olive con i frutti e le spezie senza aggiunta di aromi artificiali.

Blend extra virgin olive oil, a balanced aroma oil, is available also on 5, 3, 1, 0.5 and 0.25 litre sized cans. Its organoleptic characteristics are the same as the bottled oil.
