Olio Rasara. Amaro e piccante

Excellent on rice salads, grilled vegetables, chickpea puree, baked fish, roasted white meat and in mayonnaise.

Golden/yellow intense colour with green nuances; transparent. Clean and suggestive smell, with notes of newly mown grass, artichoke, chicory and balsamic mint, rosemary and thyme aromas.

Harmonic taste, with black pepper, chicory and almond tones. Slightly bitter and spicy.
