The Blend of extra virgin olive oil has a balanced aroma, not too bitter and slight spicy with artichoke and herbal scents and with a sweet almond aftertaste.
It has an acidity between 0.1 and 0.2% and a high percentage of unsaturated fat (80%), with a low content of peroxides, making it very digestible.
